What’s it like to work at TSM? Our people say it best.
“I previously worked at a large firm for many years, whose goal was to grow extensively worldwide. The organization changed so much over time, I felt lost in a sea of people. When I came to TSM I was able to enjoy the feel of a smaller firm, where I am able to work at a comfortable pace, learn new types of filings and work closely with my colleagues and attorneys. In the past year, I’ve been able to work on the full cycle of immigration, learning several new non-immigrant visa types along with continuing with my background in immigrant visas. The experience I have gained has been incredible. The ongoing education and knowledge I have received since joining the firm has only deepened my enjoyment of working in the business immigration field.”
—Tracy Cole, Senior Paralegal
“When I joined TSM, I was about seven years into my career as an attorney. I was married with two young children and really struggling to balance a professional career and home life. TSM gave me as close of an opportunity to “having it all” as you can get. The partners at TSM don’t just pay lip service to the idea of work/life balance. They take action to try and maintain reasonable caseloads and sufficient support. They provide services like health, nutrition, and wellness classes to ensure that we are taken care of as a whole person. They have created a work environment where everyone feels valued and supported."
—Tu Cam Castillo, Attorney at Law
“TSM is a special place due to its diversity. Each attorney, paralegal and staff member approaches our immigration work with a diversity of viewpoint as we represent many different nationalities, backgrounds, and rich experiences. This allows our team to produce high quality work and provide exceptional client service. Basically, everyone at this office has some deeper more personal connection to immigration, which makes working together as colleagues a pleasure but also allows us to connect on a deeper level with our clients and serve them better.”
—Lisa G. Atkins, Associate Attorney
