Frank has over five years of experience providing counsel regarding immigrant visa, PERM labor certification, non-immigrant visa, and adjustment of status applications and petitions. Frank manages and oversees the strategizing and paralegal drafting of L-1A/B, TN, H-1B, E-2/3, I-140, I-485, and EB1A-C matters.
He also drafts complex RFE responses and prepares applicants for consular processing at U.S. embassies and consular posts throughout Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas. Prior to joining TSM Frank was an Associate at a boutique immigration firm where he provided counsel to professional sports teams, elite athletes, and entertainers, as well as professors and researchers. He also secured blanket L designation for multinational companies and conglomerates with hundreds of branches throughout the world.
Frank is a native Spanish speaker, is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is licensed to practice law in New York and California. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his two sons and traveling throughout Latin America.
Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University (1999) and a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law (2008).
