John Vincent P. Ocampo (“JV”)
JV possesses extensive experience in preparing PERM labor certifications, priority worker (EB-1) petitions for international executives and managers, and USCIS and USDOL challenges (audits, RFEs, and appeals).
He also has experience in preparing various nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, R-1, E-2, E-3 and TN) and applications (F-1, J-1, B-1/B-2 extensions, and other dependent visas), as well as other employment- and family-based immigration matters.
Originally from the Philippines, JV holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Arellano University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Ateneo de Manila University). He is licensed to practice law in the Philippines and, since 2004, is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. He has worked in the field of U.S. immigration law since October 2006. He is a technogeek and is fluent in Tagalog.
