Juli A. Gammon
Juli interned for the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges during law school, and later served as an Attorney-Advisor to the Honorable George A. Fath at the OALJ in Washington, D.C., and to the OALJ District Chief Judge, the Honorable Edward C. Burch, in San Francisco.
During her more than 20 years of practice, she has practiced immigration law for a top law firm in San Francisco, and a regional firm in Detroit, Michigan. She founded her own immigration consulting company and worked at an immigration SaaS start-up. She is pleased to work at TSM where she continues to assist entrepreneurs and start-ups, as well as employees of Fortune 500 companies. Juli serves as Consultant to the MBA Program at the Haas School of Business, University of California (Berkeley), has published on I-9 compliance, and been an invited speaker at AILA conferences. She happily lived and worked in Kagawa, Japan on the JET Program for two years before law school. Juli chooses to live in San Francisco because it is a wonderful crossroads of cultures, ideas and geography.
Juli received her J.D. from Washington College of Law, American University. She also received her M.A. in International Economic Policy from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, University of Kentucky, and her B.A. in Political Science from The Colorado College.
